#23: Summarize your thoughts

I enjoyed the journey. I like the fact that it looked at many different elements. I had fun with some of the earlier stuff that you can use to manipulate photos. I had never played around with these websites until completing this course.

#22: ebooks and audio books

I like the Gutenberg website. I like the fact that the books are free and there is no membership fee. This would be an excellent website for an English teacher and students. No more paper copies of books, unless of course the student doesn't have access to an electronic device to read one on. World book fair was good in that it also has audio books.

#21: Podcasts

I typically don't have time to listen to podcasts. If I did, I might listen to something funny like the Adam Carolla show.

#20: Youtube and video

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NJPzUCs9LQM I chose this video on installing dog doors. I chose it because I wanted to view a quick how to before I cut a hole in my door. Seemed easy enough but it never hurts to view another example. I like the thumbs up/down feature on Youtube. It keeps me from wasting time watching poorly submitted videos.

#19. Library Thing

http://www.librarything.com/catalog/stealthy007 I just chose five books on the bestseller list. One that I chose was World War Z because I like Zombie movies. I did find some conversations about the book but chose not to look at them because i don't want any spoilers. It brought up a bunch of information about Zombie books though.

#18: Online Productivity Tools

One of my favorite productivity tools is google docs. Jimmy and I used to to work on our inventory. We could both work on the document at the same time and the document updated for both of us in real time.

#16: Wikis

I like the idea of people being able to edit and add information to a document. A lot of times people have valuable information to add. Having students make wikis as part of history research would be a good project.
